Please Note ~ below is a typical service list. Every client requires different services and may not require some of the below services. There may be services not listed below that you would like to have at your event in exchange for what is listed below, and depending on what the services are, we will try to accommodate.

** We provide a complimentary phone consultation to discuss your event and what we can do for you as your event planner before we are hired.

** Once hired we will prepare a service agreement form based on your service needs that was discussed during the complimentary phone consultation, prepare an event planning contract, accept full payment and schedule a phone consultation to go over the details of your special event. 

 

 ** Day of Event or Decor Package ~  $495.00

When hired we will contact you to have a phone consultation to discuss your event according to the service agreement form.

Review with client all details that have been planned.

Discuss vendor list as hired by client.

Discuss floor plan

Event timeline coordination with client 2 weeks before event.

Contact professional vendors to discuss timeline and details 1 week before event (with clients approval) 

 

** Day of Event

* Arrive early to venue or private residence and prepare according to client service agreement.

* Event decor placement, inside and or outside such as centerpieces, favors, sweet buffet, flower arrangement, etc.

* Greet vendors and instruct them to where to set up, according to floor plan.

* Look over tables and make sure they are set up properly.

* Leave before guests arrive..

* Travel expenses including tolls and parking.

 

** Decor Only

     Arrive early to place decor & oversee setup. ~ $395.00

** Event Mid Package ~ $595.00

When hired we will contact you to have a phone consultation to discuss your event according to the service agreement form.

Locate a venue for event if not held at a private residence.

Visit venue for floor plan development 2 weeks before event. 

Discuss vendor list as hired by client.

Coordinate event floor plan. 

Prepare event day of timeline coordination with client 2 weeks before event.

Contact professional vendors to discuss timeline and details 1 week before event (with clients approval) 

 

** Day of Event

Arrive early to venue and prepare according to client service agreement.

* Decor placement, inside and or outside such as centerpieces, favors, sweet buffet, flower arrangement,

Welcome table and gift table decor placement.

* Greet vendors and instruct them to where to set up, according to floor plan.

* Look over tables and make sure they are set up properly.

Welcome professional vendors.

Welcome guests when they arrive.

Stay the entire event to make sure all goes smooth.

Pack gifts & decor at the end of the party.

Travel & toll expense.

** The Total Supreme Event Planning Package ~ $895.00

Phone & email consultations during the planning process.

Locate event venue for client if not held at a private residence.

Refer professional vendors such as photographers, videographers, DJ's.

Negotiate professional vendor contracts & accept payments.

Supply shopping for client. (client provides funds for items)

Favor shopping & assembly (client provides funds)

Event budget & event services analysis with client.

Event decor & design assistance.

Invitation assistance.

Event day of time line development with client.

Venue visit with client to establish a floor plan.

 

** Day of Event

Arrive early to venue and prepare according to client service agreement.

* Decor placement, inside and or outside such as centerpieces, favors, sweet buffet, flower arrangement, Welcome table and gift table decor placement.

* Greet vendors and instruct them to where to set up, according to floor plan.

* Look over tables and make sure they are set up properly.

Pack gifts & decor at the end of the party. 

Travel & toll expense.

 

** If you would like an additional day of assistant ~ the fee will be $35.00 per hour.

** If you would like bartenders & servers for your event we can refer several companies that we have worked with. We do not serve, cleanup or bartend events.

** Standard or custom candy and or dessert buffet will be an extra fee.

** Centerpiece rental ~ extra fee per set. 

** In Northern Illinois we will travel within a 55 mile radius, 110 mile round trip from Orland Park Illinois and Northern Indiana area.  Additional mileage fee may apply if outside of travel radius.

** Cooperate event pricing will be determined from the client phone consultation and the services required.
